Harddisk Repairer/Data Recovery Expert Disk Doctor (Private Sector) April 2006 to Present Technical Support/Network Engineer Fascom Network Services January 2005 to January 2006 Computer Hardware Engineer Mega &INN Group Of Companies January 2002 to January 2003 Computer Hardware Engineer HSI PING International January 2001 to February 2002 I was Assistant Incharge of IT Dept in Mega&INN Group of Companies to look over the Pc hardware faults malfunctioning of the PC troubleshoots them either by software or hardware and administrate the system WindowsXP/Windows2003. I was Incharge of IT Dept in HSI PING Internationals to look over the Pc hardware faults malfunctioning of the PC troubleshoots them either by software or hardware and administrate the system WindowsXP/Windows2003. I was Senior Technical Support/Network Engineer in Fascom Network Services my job was to look over or incharge of 10 peoples staff checking Mail servers troubleshoots them if necessary administrate the MRTG Server checking configuration on Radius servers (authenticate the users to login in their accounts for using the ISP services) giving guide to our customers if they are having any problems in their connections.Also Administrate the Windows 2000/XP enviorments.
