Bid on a project that he did not read and understand. After many questions and details about the project, he still asked the same questions... and is not qualified to work on simple projects. He forces you to release a milestone and does not deliver anything. Beware of users who ask for milestones without a deliverable. The communication was basic, I tried to explain thing as much as I could but he was usually doing the wrong thing or not on the same level of understanding. English skill were basic. Accused me of wasting their time/money with quote Painful. Refused to listen and accommodate changes to the specs and adamantly stuck to tasks even when they were not needed. If you need someone flexible don't bother going with them. Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience with this freelancer. We agreed that they will do the complete project, however I had to do this myself in the end. Even after giving very specific instructions they ignored my comments. The contact person was constantly chasing me, I felt like I was working for him, not him working for me. He is also a bit rude, I wouldn't recommend working with them.
