Provider had agreed to complete by about 8/4 but overran and it was agreed they could complete by 12th April . We received an email at the start of that week from someone else , saying the provider had been ill but the work would be completed by 15/4. I emailed this person back to say that if the work was not complete by this date we would look for another provider. We have had no communication since.It is now 19/4.
