After 26 months, Chandelier has updated the following STR items Per Arch: boundary wall, 4 water tanks, 2 pump rooms, one septic tank with rendering. 2 interior staircase, 2 exterior staircase, 2 Elevator shafts, 2 balconies, completely rehabilitation of basement level, 11 dropped slabs in ground and first level slabs were omitted. Thank you Arch. Sandeep. Your design is clear and detailed to the extent that single individual with no engineering background can actually manage to execute it

Update Existing Bathroom
Arch. Sandeep did 3 options to distribute the items of the bathroom (washing sink, showring area, cloth washing machine, foot washer, 2 bidet ) in addition to several storage shelves, location of water heater and then he did the forth=final option that was 100% fit for the existing bathroom.

Arch Sandeep will give his client real life input. So, client receive real life output. In this project we tested finishing aspects for kitchens in Chandelier and the outcome was per my requirements. Also, Sync Arch with MEP/ HVAC Revit. Working with him in another aspects in the same project.
