Metadata Management and Creation of Semantic WIKI for better Data Quality Checks mechanism • Creating Semantic WIKI Pages and Metadata Management: Global project aiming to deliver for all the members of Corporate Data League, where we have been preparing the data quality checkers to ensure the quality of basic data of the vendor records of the members of the CDL. As part of my role I become accountable for the following areas: • Preparing the 360-degree reports for members of CDL community: Global project aiming to deliver for all the members of Corporate Data League, where we have performed the 360- degree analysis on the vendor records of the members and provide them a curated report. --------------------------------------------*******--------------------------------------------------- Performance Management of all Global Suppliers Area of work includes— • Leading the strategic project for vendor data quality by applying the cloud-based solution CDL and cross company collaboration framework (working with industry leads on the principle of shared economy): Global project aiming to deliver significant improvement in corporate vendor data quality (500K vendor records). • Design and implementation of algorithm for identification of misclassified vendor types (3rd parties, physicians etc.) • Design and implementation of algorithm for vendor duplicity check • Supporting the creation of global procurement data governance encompassing definition of data dimension, KPIs, data attributes and their characteristics • Working with semantic WIKI engine to achieve automation of procurement requests by applying the business rules • Design and implementation of algorithm for address and legal name curation • Supporting the global procurement initiative of rolling out standardised vendor life cycle management solution. Global project aiming to run the performance analysis for strategic and preferred vendors. • Encompassing creation of surveys to analyse the performance of supplier. • Creation of reports summarising the outcomes from performance analysis conducted through surveys. • Creation of vendor performance dashboard while collaborating cross all Novartis sites world-wide. • Initiated a proposal to create vendor hierarchies to support enterprise risk management and data quality standardisation.
