If I could give a 9.5, I would. The only reason that I could not give a perfect 10 in good conscience was the fact that the project was not truly completed in time, and I felt that the communication could have been a bit better at some points. The project turned out to have a lot more challenges than I think either the worker or I anticipated. I completely understand this, and know that it was the reason for the extended project time. However, despite taking longer to finish things up, I was very impressed by the worker's determination to not only finish the project but to still finish it well and 100% to my expectations. He persevered to that end, and ultimately succeeded in bringing about a result that I was very happy with, in the face of a whole lot of complicated issues arising. His ability to handle those issues was excellent and I can only assume demonstrates his skill as a worker.
