Redwordz (the employer) forfeited arbitration because they pulled out of the project. As a result, the arbitration was awarded to RIPL (the worker). While determining the funds that should be released, RIPL over inflated the percentage. On being explained that they could not get more funds, they continued insisting for more funds and in the process provided inaccurate information. Hence they were given a rating of 1 for not cooperating in the arbitration. Redwordz released 5% of the funds for the work RIPL had done so far. RIPL alleged that they are a team of worker and "*have already fired Suresh from his job for this misbehavior. We have always had partner sentiments with vWorker and his unprofessional behavior was unacceptable."* vWorker did not verify this allegation one way or the other.
