I was not only an English tutor, I was also the curriculum team leader. As a teacher in a private training institution, I was responsible for not only presenting lessons, but also maintaining a good customer relationship with the parents. As the group leader, I was mainly responsible for the team management. I learned a lot about customer relationship building and team management skills, as well as presentation skills.
