Easy to work with. Very friendly and helpful

Muhammad is straight-forward and very hard working. He clearly understood the problems at hand and had great communication. He is very easy to negotiate with and has the client's best interest at heart. He has a great attitude by always being professional in all the things that we were doing. I would hire him again! Some tips that I think will help Muhammad: 1. Since my project was very time-sensitive, I was very worried when I didn't know the status of the working progress. If Muhammad can keep me updated and notify me on what he is currently working on, the challenges he may be facing, while giving me the estimated time, it would be ideal. It is good to know the estimated time and difficulty of the project since the project was time-sensitive, that way I can arrange other plans as soon as possible to avoid not meeting things at the deadline. However, Muhammad had no problems with this towards the end. 2. Some problems were not directly answered, had to ask a couple times. There were some problems that I was asking that he may not have really answered, but it might have been just myself not understanding the technical aspect of things. Overall great communication. 3. A little improvement for English There are some grammar syntaxes that can be improved. There were no problems with communicating, but there might be potential problems for example if the project has more technical description or explanation. Other than that, great English communication overall.
