The Control was made using the HMI + PLC in one unit: Unitronics (model Unistream Modular).
On the HMI have all the I/O statuses, recipes manager, Current Alarms and Alarms History, all the settings and manual mode to test all devices and temperature diagram.

Cleaning tank station for the Trepko Filler Machine

System written in TIA version 17 for the PLC Siemens S7-1511 PN. The program reads the bar code using the scaner Sick and move out the product to proper destination readed from managed IT system. The conveyor system controled by Siemens G-120 Inverters via communiacation Profinet. The system include the HMI TP 1200 with visualization of system.
The system tested on Factory IO apllication with using simulating of S7 mode.
