He did not follow the brief. Initially provided a technical audit which I did not request, then was more interested in pursuing work from us for other areas rather than focusing on meeting the project brief first. He said he would do the work required in the project brief then ceased communication after he got his money. Had I been more experienced with Freelancer, I wouldn't have paid him as I thought I had to by that point. Funny that shortly after this was when he stopped communicating.
