I am a Mass Communication professional from Venezuela with 18+ combined years of experience, however, for the last two years, I worked deeply in commercial real estate. I am passionate about projects involving digital marketing, public relations, and investment. My goal is to work with a company that is growing fast and needs someone to help with branding and marketing but I also can be helpful with tasks like research and data-basing. I would love to help the company to increase its brand visibility and engagement as well as to get more customers and clients. In addition, I believe myself to be fairly good at multitasking without losing focus on the goals, and working hard and fast to achieve them effectively and efficiently. I have a good command of MS Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro, and G-Suite. I am also good at managing Social Media Apps like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube. Since I have worked as journalist, Director of Communications and Marketing, Head of Media Relations, Social Media Manager and strategist I know how to create content and ad campaigns online and offline, leading creative teams. Some of the specific platforms I use for digital marketing are Google Ads, Google trends, Surfer SEO, Keyword Surfer, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads, Facebook Creator Studio, among others. Moreover, I have a strong drive toward self-upgrading based on the certitude that knowledge adds real value to a any project; hence, I am always researching, studying, learning about new trends, platforms, tools, strategies, and techniques. Currently I am working on getting the certification for Google Analytics, Digital Marketing from Google, and the Social Media Marketing Certification Course from HubSpot. Finally, I must add that I worked as a Commercial Real analyst and underwriter. I designed and emailed business packages over to bankers to promote the deals and I also called them to guarantee the best financing for our clients. I created lead lists using platforms like Reonomy, Skrapp, RocketReach, and Hunter. From time to time, they requested me to work in the underwriting process.
