All this guy has on his mind is money. NOW WAIT! We all do to a certain extent I agree. But having a freelancer beg for money without work even being started, or completed is a NO NO for me. I don't know how you guys feel but I cant tolerate someone like this. I warned this freelancer not less than 50 times to stop asking for money before the job was completed. He would present a concept and had a message attached to the file saying, "please release my funds". BAD COMMUNICATION, BAD WORK ETHICS
