## BIO Websites win more work with well written website content. The average surfer will give your site only 4 to 5 seconds before they form a decision. If they decide they don't like what they've seen, or your website content is irrelevant to their needs they'll leave and you'll lose your potential customer. You can have the best Google Page Ranking on the web, you could be paying a fortune in PPC but once your potential customers are there, if they don't like what they see they won't be there long. Exceptional website content is a big part of that, but there are other things you need to do with your site to keep visitors. So, what can you do about it? Well, for a start off you must realize that for all the flash graphics in the world, if your site takes longer than a couple of seconds at the very most to load, you're already losing a large percentage of clickers. Fast loading pages and a clean, crisp design are what you need. This will entice your visitors to give you another couple of seconds of their valuable time. Enough time to hit them with powerful and strong website content. What then? It's true that keyword rich website content will improve your search engine ranking but that doesn't mean that you should completey ignore the actual content. The key is to find the perfect balance. The websites which remain online for years and years to come will be the ones with accurate, insightful website content that provides your visitors with what they are looking for. Keyword optimization should not take the place of high quality content. That's where I can help. The text above is roughly 250 words long which is not an unreasonable length for a website. It contains the primary keyword term 'website content' 6 times (anymore and it becomes obvious) including once in the first sentence. It also includes the secondary keywords terms 'keyword rich' and 'keyword optimization'. This would have cost you only $5-$10 to include on your website. Wise Words indeed. ## Area of Expertise Microsoft Office (Access, Excel & Powerpoint especially) Article writing (keyword rich or standard) Content writing (SEO targeted to your keyword specifications, or I can make suggestions if required) Visual Basic (I can create ad-hoc add-ins for excel and access. I also have a library of my own pre-written add-ins which may be ideal for your purposes)

“Mattsterrr (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and mattsterrr did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to davester (the employer).”

“Overall I've given Matt a 6 out of 10 ??" I rate hard, and this rating is as per the vWorker rating matrix. Some good points. Seven of the ten articles Matt wrote for me were excellent! He did a very good job researching the topic and appropriately stuffed the keywords in where needed. Matt also did a great job of coming up with topics for the articles. I do, however, have to re-write some parts of the articles but it will certainly be easier than writing the articles myself from scratch. The reason I'm rating as hard as I am (6) is for two reasons. Firstly there was a while when Matt wouldn't respond to my emails, he wouldn't reply to either direct email or contact via RAC. In a desperate attempt to contact him I had to open an arbitration. Once opened he finally got back in touch and continued with the work. The second reason is the quality of the work was less than I expected. There are a few run-on sentences, incorrect usage of 'there' (should be their) in one instance, and some of the English in general is awkward. I did send some articles back for re-work but unfortunately much of the awkward English remains and I'll have to clean it myself. I'll admit while Matt was working on this project I was away from a PC for a while (summer vacation) so I wasn't able to give this project the attention I would have liked. It was for this reason I extended the deadline twice, this was done to give me time to review his work. Nevertheless Matt's work is done and the articles will be finished off and posted shortly.”
