<u>Career Experience in brief</u>:
**1. <u>Business owner, Grey Matter Technologies. September ‘05 to Present</u>**
While running my firm, Grey Matter Technologies, I have been involved in several projects for clients in the United States. All projects were made in ASP.NET (C#) both 1.1 and 2.0. Besides the usual responsibilities of running a business, my work involved marketing my firm, building professional and interpersonal relationships with clients, designing and coding.
New technologies such as AJAX – which played a pivotal role in my last project and myriad backends such as SQL Server 2005 & 2000 and MySQL were used. Besides my involvement with the technicalities, I lead teams of 2-4 to timely completion of projects.
Many clients were extremely particular about the quality of code handed over to them, thus forcing me to learn correct code construction methods and refactoring practices.
**2. <u>Software engineer, InfoPro India Pvt. Ltd. November ’04 to August ‘05</u>**
Microsoft India offered to develop an E-Governance solution for the State Government of Madhya Pradesh, India. The development of this project was handed over to InfoPro India Pvt. Ltd. who jointly managed the project with Microsoft India.
My involvement during this project covered all parts of the life cycle. As part of a team of three, I researched the complex (and seemingly redundant) working of the Government system – both, on site and from official governance handbooks. The research was much appreciated and the client, Hon. Secretary (IT), Government of MP regarded the research as a very accurate representation of an esoteric system.
The development of the system was essentially n-tier, programmed in ASP.NET (VB) with SQL Server 2000 as backend.
**3. <u>Business owner, Grey Matter Technologies. September ‘03 to October ‘04</u>**
All projects during this part of my career were programmed in ASP.NET, C# using SQL Server 2000
