Overall project administration which included, collecting, collating and producing records, documentation and reports as needed by project managers. Implement the delivery, monitoring, administrative and general targets and task set by the project manager to ensure the overall effective day-to-day administration of projects. Invoicing, reconciliation of debtor’s, creditor’s accounts, general ledger and cash book. Compiling data base of client’s personal information. Managing and updating staff database with personal information. Collating and inputting all expenditure and income for month end reports
