I have been into the customer service industry for over 8 years and within those years, I have been exposed to different skill sets, such as, but not limited to, troubleshooting technical issues, basic accounting skills, and administrative tasks.
Moreover I also have an experience being an Executive Virtual Assistant for over a year now with focus on data entry, video editing, graphic design, calendar management, Google Suites, email management, and content management.
