This screen allows the user to change or view patient information as well as view previous or upcoming appointments for that particular patient. The user simply selects from the Patient List dropdown to select a patient. The user can also type in box to quickly find patient.

This form allows the user to view and print appointments, filtered by provider, timeframe, and status. That way, front-line staff can print a list of appointments for the following day to prepare for each patient's visit or management can run reports to find the no-show rate for a period of time or trending.

This is the screen from which the user can book a new appointment. The user first chooses a provider with whom to schedule the patient. Once the provider is chosen, a list of upcoming appointments is shown below the dropdown fields, where the user can select the appropriate patient from the client column. If the user is scheduling the appointment out much longer, they can choose a date from the date picker next to the Appointment Date dropdown menu then select from the Available Times. This dropdown automatically updates as new appointments are scheduled to avoid double-booking.

This is the home page where the user can choose from multiple options such as booking an appointment, viewing a physician's schedule, or viewing/editing patient information. It also has external links to step-by-step instructions on how to complete a particular process.
