I have 6 years of experience as a customer support representative and virtual assistant. I am frequently asked to take on new projects because people have learned that, if I commit to a project, I will get it done and done well. I am comfortable working in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, web research, extracting email, data mining, google, bing,yahoo, MS Office (Full), Google Docs, Google Document, Google Spreadsheet, Lead Generation, Directory and other related programs. I am a quick learner for any other program needed. I have effectively managed programs with more participants and am very good at clearly communicating over email. Now I would like to start working for me. All my free time I'm learning some new things. I am looking to use my communication and project management skills for more than volunteering.
