This freelancer was assigned to do a logo ,and a website PSD, the first 2 days he have acted very professionally, and created an awesome logo. And I though that the freelancer will create a good PSD. But what happened is that I didn't hear from the freelancer for almost 5 days, which was the deadline for the project. And when he replied, he said sorry he was distracted, and nothing was completed, then he began a strange behavior of doing quality work, and asking me to revise, trying to convince me that we are now doing revisions. I provided the freelancer with detailed expectations from each section of the website, but they seemed to have problem in reading or understanding what was written, i wasted hours in voice conversations to explain, to discover at the end that they can't catch so many details. I ended up marking and editing the jpg sections of the site to finish the project faster, but they acted very slow, and when they fix an error, they create another error, and this lasted more than 19 days to make only 5 PSDs, and I gave up and hired another freelancer, and i will try to bare the time and money lost with them. Before I canceled the project, i consulted the site support, and they send the freelancer a request to reply after he stopped responding to messages for more than 3 days.
