As a primary developer, I have developed a set of tools/packages to facilitate data integration and processing for a variety of projects by using VBA, C++, Python, SQL, Matlab, C-shell, FORTRAN, Java and Hadoop etc. I accomplished several VBA excel/access automations. These VBA modules with customized algorithms can run batch processing, display and export results for further analysis. Typically, each sheet contains 30k~80k records. I also designed the GUIs for simplifying and validating user's inputs. As a senior analyst, I performed a number of tasks including data modeling, pattern visualization and spatial analysis using the statistical packages (SAS, STATA, SPSS and R) and/or Geo-spatial mapping and analysis platforms (e.g. ArcGIS, QGIS and Mapinfo).
