This was the first time I have ever had a negative experience with a provider. She put in a bid, I accepted. I reached out daily to see if she had any questions - I addressed any that arouse. Was prepared to pay for a completed project today - this morning -- when the provider seemed to have a problem with the agreed project amount. Wanted to only send half the project for the full payment amount. I found that unacceptable and cancelled the project as it was way passed the deadline and not completed. I was happy to pay and paid as a payment in full - half the price of the project. $27.50 half of the bid price as I received half the project. This was a fixed price project - not payment by the hour. Took her three (3) days and the project was only halfway completed - 900 plus names completed -- total was 1000 plus - 1800 names. (She missed out on a generous tip - I pay ALL my providers for EVERY project). The provider did complete half the project (and I am indeed grateful) - I would not however recommend using this provider - there are lots of other highly competent data entry professionals who will not try to bait and switch on you at the end of the project. All the best to this provider in the future.
