With over seven years of experience as an executive assistant, I have developed and honed my skills in project management, communication, office administration, and CRM. I am currently a remote executive assistant at AECOM, a global leader in infrastructure and design services, where I support the executive team with their professional and personal needs.
In my role, I manage and maintain the executive's calendar, travel arrangements, reports, documents, and emails, applying my understanding of their priorities and preferences. I also prepare logistics, minutes, and presentations for meetings, and interact and communicate with all levels within the company and external contacts. I work on other duties in functional areas as needed, and leverage my certificates in leadership, sales software, and feedback to enhance my performance and contribution.
