I worked as a branch manager in one of the biggest musical retail/rental shops in the city of Bacolod, Philippines. My task was to facilitate and administer the store successfully: ensuring that my staff gives a great customer service, improving the store’s sales, as well as dealing with after sales assistance. I was responsible for the store’s advertisements and marketing strategy e.g. promotional banners, tarpaulin, flyers and social media presentations/materials.
Previously, I worked in two high-volume customer-support call centers for a major telecommunications carrier and sales services provider. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions). I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 40 to 50 calls per day.
In addition to this, I am a BS Major in Computer Engineering.
