Portfolio

STDs are infections or infectious diseases that are transmitted from person to person
other through sexual means. They are very common and many people have them
these diseases do not show symptoms. Sexually transmitted diseases can
can be dangerous, but they are easy to diagnose and cure.
Not treating STD increases the risk of infection with another sexually transmitted disease
transmissible like HIV. This is because an STD can stimulate an immune response in the
genital area or causes pain, which increase the risk of getting HIV through
sexual ways. Failure to treat STDs leads to infertility (inability to produce offspring).
Some of the SSTs are:
• Chlamydiosis;
• Gonorrhea;
• Syphilis;
• AIDS, HIV-AIDS;
• Hepatitis B;
• Genital warts, Papillomavirus.

In this project, in a private institution, every year we gather data on the number of new infected people in a year, as well as compare other data, such as age group, gender and some other data
