I had a project that required knowledge of php, javascript, html, and Wordpress software for an e-commerce website. I initially chose this worker because he responded to my project description in detail. I listed what I was looking for and, in his bid proposal, he gave a brief description of how he would accomplish each task. This left me feeling confident of his competence, his understanding of the job I was asking for, and his methodical, organized way of thinking. And I was not disappointed. I got all of those things. He was also an excellent communicator--asking questions when necessary and explaining technical things concisely and in a way that I could easily understand. My knowledge level is advanced. Even though his profile says he's in Costa Rica, his written English is perfect. He was also honest. When I asked if he had experience with a certain kind of software that I was using for my project, he said that he didn't, but felt confident he could figure it out. I appreciate that he didn't embellish his knowledge so as not to lose the job. And he did, in fact, figure it out just fine. Very, very satisfied with this worker.
