I am a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with more than 40 years of experience with Big 4 Firms in South Africa, Russia and the CIS (including 29 years as a KPMG Partner). I was involved in the management of both National practices a senior level. During my professional career I gained extensive experience through the provision of a broad range of services to numerous clients (small, medium and large) at all levels and across a wide range of industries and business sectors. The professional services provided by me (and my teams) include financial advice, tax advice, estate planning, trusteeships, accounting, auditing, consulting, risk assessments, business valuations, business re-structuring, succession planning, exit strategies, systems, compliance procedures, corporate governance, IPO’s, public listings, Eurobond issues, reporting, etc. These services were rendered to a broad spectrum of clients/entities at various stages of development and ranging from high net worth individuals, start-up businesses, trusts, small to medium sized businesses/companies (SMEs), large corporations, group companies, global corporations and listed companies. I have significant experience in the compilation and audit of consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (USGAAP). I also have considerable experience in providing advice and professional assistance to clients in public listing preparation and compliance procedures.
