I am highly experienced in all phases of the learning management system life-cycle both as an LMS administrator and as a client services manager for an LMS company. I have served on LMS search committees and vetted vendors, contributed to RFIs and RFPs, guided organizations through the implementation and go-live phases, and managed active platforms with more than 40,000 users. I have experience managing an LMS at a range of institutions including a healthcare provider, the U.S. federal government, a public and a private university, a vocational training institute, and a private K-12 school. I have a proven ability to train and assist users with varying technical skill levels to use a variety of different platforms from Moodle to Cornerstone OnDemand. I excel at providing daily maintenance and troubleshooting of all front-end learning management system functions, and teaching others to do the same.
