Data Entry specialist for Special Accounts Department

I would handle the client's account and update the information on the packages whether it would be if they're missing, damaged, helps for payment, etc. After I update all the information I would then go back and copy their tracking information and the packages reference number and then enter it into an excel spreadsheet. Once the packed is fixed, found, or is on its way from the warehouse, I would go head and go back into the account and update their information.
