Customer Servce Representative, Technical Associate

I took up Marketing Management as my course in college after that I worked as a Billing specialist (CSR) in a BPO here in the Philippines. I am a consistent Average Handling Time (AHT) holder for a year. As a billing specialist we do work with billing disputes, inquiry and late charges. Right now I am working as a back office for a technical account, using email and phone to converse with the client.
