• Oversee and contribute to the creation of social and digital media communication strategies and plans that aligned with the client objectives.
• Plan and create high quality bilingual social media content, community and influencers management, live event coverage, and social report.
• Oversee digital projects for the client, such as websites and intranet, from the preparation of SOW, vendor evaluation, and selection, conducting UAT, and post live monitoring.
• Plan and execute social and digital media paid ads from planning, Ad copywriting, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
• Partner with the communication team (internal and client) to understand the creation and flow of campaign assets and develop strategies to integrate and supplement across various channels.
• Supervising junior staff by motivating, coaching, training, and providing feedback.
• Develop, track, and report KPI’s and metrics to illustrate successes and opportunities in our social, and digital media activities.
• Research and report emerging trends across the social & digital landscape.
• Build a strong relationship with clients and colleagues at all levels.
