Victor is someone you can trust to do a honest and fair job. Guaranteed. I had an audio recording which I needed cleaning up, in order to hear a very, very faint background voice, amongst a lot of noise. Victor bid on the job, but insisted that I sent the audio to him first, before me awarding the job to him - in order to determine whether or not he could help. I have worked on Freelancer for many years, and 90% of the freelancers would have insisted on a milestone before they started the job. Victor is a breath of fresh air. In the end, he helped clean up some of the background noise, but the bottom line, it was just not possible to significantly improve the recording that I already had (and a sound engineer subsequently confirmed this). He even asked his friend to try to help aswell, but to no avail. In my view, this is exactly the right attitude that a freelancer on this site needs to have to succeed, and which unfortunately is lacking so much. If I ever need to hire someone with Victor's skills, 100% I will in touch with him again, and I would highly recommend you get in touch with him if his skill sets match your requirements. Once again Victor, it was a pleasure working with you, even though the conclusion was not exactly what I wanted.
