With more than 30 years of administrative support in myriad roles throughout various sectors, ranging from broadcasting to military, legal, medical, advertising, internet and more, I am a "Teri of many trades, master at all." I served four years on active duty in the U.S. Navy in supportive roles for the base commander and the Judge Advocate General. My time spent in the service drilled into me (literally) a strong work ethic, attention to detail, perseverance, and the ability to both work independently as well as part of a team. After working for the same employer for nearly fifteen years, during which I advanced from admin assistant to editor of a weekly bank technology and cybersecurity briefing and contributing editor/writer of an 8-page bank operations and security newsletter, I branched out on my own to provide freelance editorial/writing services and virtual support services for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
