Copy Pasting from Microsoft Word file to Excel

Rated 1 Star. First Saqib accepted my project. Once I awarded him, he said that he will complete the project in given time. But after 2 days he refused to work. He wasted my 2 days. To compensate it he said that he will do 10% of work in next 2 days. once again, he did not complete the file and wasted another 2 days. This is highly unprofessional. We should always stick to our words and should not change later. It wastes lot of precious time. If you can not do it then just say No.
