This is a highly recognised degree and covers a multitude of skills from basic communication to dealing with intricate problems in the training arena. The penultimate year of this course involves candidates attaining an Honours Certificate in Training and Education, (World Class Standards). This is a highly coveted qualification. From 2006 to 2008, I successfully underwent a Post Graduate Diploma course in Employee Assistance and Social Support with the National University of Ireland.
