Automation of 1.2 MW generator. There are 4 fans on the radiator with 4 set points of temperatures. One more fan will operate when each set point is crossed and they must be controlled in a way that when the temp decreases and fan needs to be turned off, the one started earliest will turn off earliest. It was in order to distribute load between all fans.

I made the PLC program on ladder logic, HMI designed with beautiful animation of fans and generator with setpoints alarm and temp logs.

Project 27502055 has been deleted

Unfortuantely, after intial work they enginner stopped replying and vanished. Only took the phase 1 money and gone. Bad experience. Lesson learnt never hire engineers with zero review.
