• Assisted civil engineers on several government projects including the Pan Borneo Highway Project, involving roadways and drainage calculations, design and improvements. • Assisted in designing concrete and structural elements, e.g. beams and walls. • Gained experience in blue-print reading as well as preparing plans. • Participated in various site visits whilst overseeing construction works being completed and, in the meantime, performing general duties on site.
