I've worked for a couple of BPO companies for a little under 4 years now as an Email Customer Representative and as a Document Review agent. My tasks were to resolve customer queries and issues and give them apt information that may be useful in the future. Currently, as a Document Review agent, I input customers' information accurately in order for their application to be approved. I'm honest and trustworthy. I'm always willing to learn new things for the betterment of any project. I'm very responsible, have a great work ethic and will always make sure that the job is done. I am very familiar with Google Apps and a number of social media platforms. Also, I do some micro-blogging in my free time. I'm doing some transcription jobs on the side as well.
