Residential Beam Load Calculation

First time using freelancer and could not have been happier with my experience with Sergio. The communication was good as he clarified the plans that I was trying to get created. He delivered draft plans, incorporated feedback promptly, and provided me a final set of plans stamped from a structural engineer licensed in my State. These plans were promptly approved by my building department without any modifications being required. I look forward to working with Sergio again in the future.
