HE LIED ABOUT HIMSELF. THEN LIED ABOUT BEING LATE SAYING HE HAD AN ACCIDENT. HE SAID THE WORK WAS 75% DONE. THEN REFUSED TO DELIVER AND NOW REFUSES TO COMMUNICATE. WASTED 2 WEEKS OF OUR TIME ON SOMETHING WE NEEDED URGENTLY. NEVER WORK WITH THIS PERSON!
