Build E-commerce website with xml feed from supplier

I have a website in the adult niche that is currently on the front page of google for a VERY competitive longtail keyword. I host this website on a service that doesn't allow me to moneitze it. It is a dropshipping website and can be very lucrative. I have had some success with it in the past ($5,000 + in sales) and approximately 45% of my UVs are organic from search engines. I need to develop a new, user friendly site that can be montized. I can't use Adsense because google doesn't allow adult niche sites anymore. I am looking for an amazing designer who can build this site very quickly, recommend a good, reliable (adult friendly) host and who will consider SEO while building it. The designer will be given the basics, an xml feed from my supplier, access to the domain and everything else is up to him/her, including finding a good (reliable) host that isn't too expensive. Since this site is already on the front page of Google, I will sweeten this deal for the successful bidder by offering 10% of all advertising revenue from this site for a period of three months after it's built. This could be a great amount of money if the web designer builds the site with SEO in mind. Thanks.
