413758 Flash AS3

Need the following slideshow coded in actionscript 3.0 [login to view URL] The text and images should dynamically load via XML so the client has control over replacing the data outside of flash. The transitions need to be very smooth. Right now it isn't smooth and has some kind of distortion. Of course, i've manually keyframed the current animation 1. I've manually skewed the images in photoshop like this [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The images have to be skewed dynamically via actionscript so that even though the client uses regular images outside of flash, the images are skewed onload() The images have a glow effect so if possible, the glow effect needs to be dynamic using actionscript. 2. The text transitions could be better so your ideas will be appreciated. Whatever the solution may be, please give me a quick turnaround time. I know this wouldn't take more than an hour for an actionscript expert. Thanks
