Please help me my mysql is keep crashing again and again and generating following error i am out of any clue what will be the reason for this issue

What's the size of your DB. It seems that you are using MyISAM tables instead of Innodb tables which are likely to crash easily. It would be better to convert them to innodb if they are MyISAM.
