Late Registration process can start
The Athlete
A person arrives at the sport event.
The athlete scans a QR code and connects to a open and “free Wi-Fi”
This Wi-Fi is only a local Wi-Fi. No internet
The proses
Once connected to the Wi-Fi, the network will redirect the athlete to a landing page.
(This landing page is localhost running Realtime at the event. This is a PC/Laptop)
The athlete completes the registration process on this localhost and click submit.
This must be able to capture multiple registrations. This could be as much as 50-100 Late entries on a morning before a race.
Once the registration has successfully submitted a code/number to be generated. (eg31)
This generated code/number (e.g. 31) must be viewed in Realtime by the athlete. (e.g. big red star with 31 on)
This registration data pulls through to a Excel sheet (Live)
This code/number corresponds with a number on the excel page. (31)
Race number allocation
The athlete walks to the registration table to pay for the entry.
The athlete shows the number generated. (31)
Person at registration can see that the code (31) corresponds with the athlete’s name and info.
Once payment received this person at the registration table enters a race number/number board (1158) to the file and this race number corresponds with the race board.
Athlete makes payment and collects his number board. (1158)
