Wordpress website, increase speed, optimize theme and plugin

We have wordpress website with fixed theme and several plugins (they cannot be changed).
We noticed a TTFB of 3 seconds and so we need few optimisations to be done in order to make our website faster. We already use plugins for optimisation: caching, async/defear, compress etc.
Ideally we should be able to optimize the website but as main metric we will use the homepage where we would like to show the first contents before 3 second. See image below showing the GTMETRIX stats.
