What si Alma? A corporate social network that integrates 6 easy to use applications to improve teamwork and communication What do we want We need an upgrade of my website. Refine the design, explain the product and benefits in a better way and engage the potential customer to contact us or try the product. The objective of the site is easily explain the product, its benefits and getting the potential customer to contact us or ask for a trial . In this line there are 3 aspects to work and improve: Design, Connection with Social Networks and Inbound Marketing. 1. DESIGN. We want to keep the the visual line or style. We like our current "look and feel", and is align with the experience in our product. Lately we have added a few internal pages that have been done in a rush, so the do not have the same standard that the rest (Ex. How to Use Alma). So we need to upgrade this, erase a couple and add one or two sections. We have several tutorial videos that we want to add and also customer testimonials. 70% of the content is already created and we are going to create the rest. The structure is not going to change too much. The issue is to improve the "look" and any other detail so it look like a world class product. Site has to be in English and Spanish. We would like to keep the administration of it. 2. Social Networks + SEO. We want to improve traffic from social networks and towards them, and also leverage on them. The challenge is how to connect with LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube in the best way. Also with the SEO. We are expecting your expertise and advice on this. How to listen to them to contact whoever needs our product. 3. INBOUND Marketing. We want to make good management of potential customers. So we will need a good track, understanding and analysis of any potential customers that visit our website. Build an strategy to hook them with content, to respond differentially according to their visiting pattern, etc. For that we we need to integrate with tools like HubSpot, Connecto, Sidekick or other you suggest it.
