a Small survey display system

This project is for making a site to perform a few simple surveys. Site (Wordpress or similar) will display 3 types of forms/surveys: (single question screen, 4 question screen and URL button screen) Site will collect data from registered and unregistered users. Site will also have a simple user details entry screen (to contain user text data (name phone email)) Site will have no menu or other elements beside survey based screens. Site will support LTR (english/german/Spanish..) & RTL (Arabic/Hebrew/Urdu …) Languages. Each Survey form will be initiated by a URL containing the page parameters ( URL sample [login to view URL]”SingleS”&SID=”2341”&UID=”U36455gf” &STID=”XX2” &Data={“header”:”How do you feel”, “prevURL”:”[login to view URL]”, ”nextURL”:”[login to view URL]”} ) Site will be displayed on mobile and desktop. When mobile goes from Landscape to Portrait Button arrangement can be changed on screen (you can use the default action by browser acording to site CSS) Survey elements (buttons , frame and backgrounds) will be animated GIF images, and can be dynamically replaced when survey is open according to the survey initiating URL (the STID parameter). Site will use cookies (and any other way or plugin you find proper) to identify recurrent users, all other optional data that can be gathered like Browser type, Device type, Location etc will also be kept in User table in extra data field (in one text field using Json key-value format, i.e {“Browser”:”Chrome”, “Device”:”Samsung S10”, “Location”:”New york – USA”, “GPS”:”C34 22878363.052 1 119133639.50211 -1674.174 50.000”, “Resolution”:”1024*800” }) Each Survey button will be implemented as an Animated GIF file, when event is changed (i.e click) GIF file will be replaced (i.e on MouseClick a moving pressed button animation gif will be displayed instead of the normal button gif and then when MouseRelease it will changed to a pressed button Image GIF, all gif images will be retrieved according to the theme url folder defined in theme table).
