Need Listify Theme Customization

Hi,
I am using the listify WordPress them and I want some added functionality. Please see below:
- Ability for a user to search for a business by name, When the search term is typed in, the search box should auto populate,
- If the restaurant exists then take them to the profile page (this is already working as standard on the theme)
- If the restaurant does not exist then state 'We cannot find this business. Would you like to add XXXXX now?'
- The user is then taken to a page where they can add the listing and also (important) review it at the same time on the same page. When they do this, they are also registered as a user within wordpress and they can set their email address, username and password. If they are already registered, a message will come up asking them to login/with forgotten password, ect.
- I would also like the user to be able to select some tick boxes (option 1, option 2 ,ect) when they review a listing or when they add & review a listing. I should be able to create these options from the backend somewhere and they should show up when a user adds a review.
