Map Estimate WordPress Plugin

We are looking for someone to create a WordPress plugin capable of creating lines on a map and calculating total distance. The plugin will be based on a similar concept. Below is an example of what we are looking for:

Like the example, the plugin would work well on both desktop and mobile. There would need to be more configurable product options than the example. The final plugin will give the admin the option to create estimate forms with configurable options using WooCommerce products. Distance may be one line or multiple lines just like the example. The admin will also be able to configure the nodes that get placed on the lines on the map. In the example the only options are single gate and double gate. The plugin will allow the admin to place a shortcode on the site that will allow the display of one of the multiple estimate forms created on the backend. User data will be stored in the backend and emailed to both the admin and the user.
We will be interested in funding a more complex plugin where the final result adds the ability to perform area calculations.
