Custom WordPress Woocommerce Theme

This contest is for the design of custom theme to replace our current WooCommarce theme, we need a unique look, with easy customization interface for all the elements of the theme, including custom fields, including products photo, videos, support files, etc, with other specs can be discussed The Project is to build/customize a Wordpress/ Woocommace website, it has to look modern however not to look like standard vanilla Wordpress site, it has to run under a standard theme to grantee easy and seamless updates, any none standard customization must be documented, it will follow the following Menu, each of the elements of that menu/items must be able to be enabled to disabled using the dashboard, the overall result must have acceptable SEO score and meet all standard security and privacy including google Ads policies, our products and services will be divided into categories, for example in products we have 4 categories each category can have products in it, a product maybe preset in more than one category, each product will have its support section which may have extra support files to download or videos and guides, download tracking needs to be provided including IP address, also Terms are to be agreed before allowing downloads, we currently using ToDO for chat support, but we are open for new suggestions, the SHOP section can allow user to order a product from our site using Woocommace, also a product may have a link to order from Amazon or other link, The required customization must not break on the next Wordpress updates, simple documentation is needed just in case the site gets broken by an update, we have Flatsome theme, we don’t mind using it in this project, please check the attached file
